Great service but they have sent me two Urn's instead of one. The Urn has an amazing detail and the packaging in the parcel was brillant, your service has been outstanding.

The service is fine and quick. The only downside and it is a small one is for the price of the cremation keepsakes it would be nice if the small funnel and glue was included.

I bought a granite urn from them. Because of the summer holidays there was a delay on the side of the manufacturer but I was kept updated on this. When the courier failed to deliver because of an error along the way, legendURN sorted it immediately and the urn was delivered later the same day. I would highly recommend their services as they do deliver what they promise.

Wonderful experience at such a sad time. Ordered & delivered within a week - kept informed of order and dispatch. Urn is beautiful, just what we were looking for, looks great in window where our dog, Rocky, always sat. Would definitely recommend.

I would prefer not to be writing a review of this kind, ever, but life throws some cruel curve balls. We lost our baby to a stillbirth and wanted to buy an urn to keep him near us at all times. We searched on the Internet and came across the Legend urn website. We wanted something fitting for our baby and when we saw the baby sleeping on the sun / moon urn we knew it was perfect. Placed our order via website with personal requirements re colour and engraving and less than 2 weeks later it arrived. We're very pleased with it. Engraving is better than imagined as its done with gold pen rather than scraped into the ceramic. My only criticism would be the plug. First of all we didn't think we had one as it was floating around seperately in the box amongst all the packaging and secondly it does need gluing on. Would be so much better if it had a lip that sat internally like the ones you get with piggy banks!!! Overall the ceramic urn is what matters most and very pleased with that.

Our urn arrived later than advertised on the website although we were warned about the delay. When it did arrive, we were unimpressed with the quality of the product, particularly the way it is intended to be sealed with a poorly fitting "plug" that requires glue but this would not leave an attractive final finish. I have returned it.

I had looked at many websites for a special urn for my husbands ashes and Legendurn had the best ones by far. There were a few questions I had to ask and these were answered in a very helpful and sympathetic manner when I contacted the customer service by phone. I ordered a keepsake charm for my pandora bracelet for a lock of my baby's hair who died just 31 days old. I would like to say how thrilled I am to have purchased my Urns through legendURN.
