The sleeping cat is lovely the only problem is that is just a bit too small to hold all the ashes of my cat - it would be a good idea to increase the size...so you are not left with any excess. Apart from that I have no complaints.

Having lost my cat I was determined to find a beautiful urn for his ashes and the black cat is lovely. I did not want anything mournful or twee looking and this looks like a black statue and is very dignified. It is a wonderful final resting place. Delivery took just over a week and the packaging was just a little too much but it really did ensure that no breakage was likely to take place. Highly recommend and I hope to be able to find something just as dignified for the dog when the time comes. The hand signed card and the small tealight candle were very touching and unexpected.Thank you.

When I saw this urn I thought it was exactly what I was looking for, delivery was fast packed really well. Well when I saw it I was shocked how better it was then I imagined it, I was over the moon with it .very happy to put my beloved mum in it.

The picture of the item I bought was taken at an angle and did not show that the center of the urn was supposed to be off center. I felt that when I got the product it looked like this on accident. However when I viewed the same product but a different colour with a face forward view the center was in fact 'off center' and supposed to look like this. I have sent my product back as the 'off canter' wasn't 'off' enough for it to look like it is meant to be like this. I bought something else from the website instead. In the meantime I was communicating with the customer service about this issue and they were very helpful and replied immediately! I struggled to enter the details on to the return slip and in deed the team filled this out for me and sent it me via email for me to print! Very helpful! They couldn't have been nicer! Better photos need to be taken however the quality of the products are great!. Remember to buy the glue also!.
