I ordered the toric lenses and asked them to hold off on it until i received the non prescription to see if i like the colour before paying $300 for a pare of lenses. And once I decided and emailed them to change the order to another colour. They replied after 3 days and said “since we didn’t receive a response from you, we have cancelled your order and refunded” I had used a discount code and was so frustrated because my request/email was totally ignored. And I replied and provided a screenshot of the email I sent, and I didn’t want the cancellation. They said sorry we didn’t receive the email when in fact they replied to the email they “didn’t “ receive. And I finally said ok, please send me the payment link to pay the amount i paid previously. And they said to put a new order, so i asked for the promo i used and they said sorry our promo has ended and to use their new code which was less! I had emailed, got no response, order got cancelled without confirmation, time wasted, ignored, and lastly they didn’t even try to make their mistake right by simply honouring me the amount I originally ordered!!!! The girl named Paulyn was whom I was contacted by. And she was absolutely useless!

Aug 25,2021This is the worst site I have ever shopped from in 15 years. They will not help you if you have any issues with your order. They sent me faulty lenses and when I contacted them about it they refused to accept a return despite me sending pictures showing the lens covering almost half my pupil and blocking vision so I could not wear them at all! I then opened a paypal case against them and they agreed for me to return it but provided an incorrect return address! The parcel ended up being returned to me and the paypal case was closed in their favour. They are scammers.

Aug 10,2021Both of my contacts were both really uncomfortable to wear, and caused blurry vision. I'm very thankful the company got back to me about my issue, they tried to replace them, but the next round also had issues, so they offered a refund to me and I appreciate that. I believe their supplier may have quality control problems

I have never worn contacts in my life so I was a little nervous, especially after reading about the possible side effects, but these seem to be completely safe. Just follow the care instructions. I am so happy with my order I just ordered a second pair! My eyes are dark brown and the jade looks so amazing on them! I am in love! I did have trouble putting them in at first, but only because I am a noob at contacts. I have gotten the hang of it over the past few times and can say they are comfortable and beautiful. I’ve always wanted color contacts but was scared of possible risks. I wish I would’ve tried these sooner! Recommend 100%!

Jul 03,2021I order solotica from lensme every year but I’m not happy about what I received this time . ( i order 3 Colors avela ice and graphite solotica colors are changed for bad way looks cheap and uncomfortable very bad quality I will never buy this brand anymore it’s horrible.

Oct 24,2021Please don't buy contact lenses from lens.me because their products are garbage. The contact lenses are uncomfortable and they cut after one time use despite it's monthly disposable contact lenses. This happened to me twice .
