Jan 27,2023I've been ordering from this site for a couple years now and they have amazing quality lenses but they increased the amount needed to spend for free shipping and recently just got rid of it all together in some countries it seems(Canada, USA + More). So now I just look at the lenses on this site but order it for cheaper AND free shipping from the actual company and have cut "lens.me" as the middle man. Usually these come very quickly so if you're looking for contacts ASAP then that's fine but I usually buy in bulk and can wait a little longer for free shipping elsewhere.

Jan 23,2023if there was 0 stars thats what they deserved? I havent received my lenses and all they did was ask me to contact fedex.No replament order or refund was offered. I end up with no product and no money.What a umprofessional way of dealing with customers!

Dec 13,2022I got the yearly lenses in Mel, and for some reason just one didn't have the correct vision strength. I contacted Solotica and we troubleshooter and confirmed it was wrong, and they sent me a single replacement lens. Now I can wear the pair with perfect vision correction and I've gotten compliments in just two days wearing them from perfect strangers! Love them!

Oct 05,2022I’ve bought from this company for years. Spending hundreds of dollars. I’ve never had an issue. The last pair of contacts I bought burned my eyes and gave me an infection right out of the box. When I asked for a refund they said we will get back to you in a couple of hours. I said it shouldn’t take hours to get a response and they blocked me from the help chat. Don’t use this company. The good reviews on here never had to work with customer service.

Oct 01,2022I Ordered the big famous addicted blue lenses that the 2 youtubers always push on the internet. How good is it... so i said i give it a chance... First of all..the lenses absolutely do not look the same as they have... it"s a Poison green Zombie effect lens ..maybe for halloween could be okay for once... But the bigger problem with the lenses was that it was extremely uncomfortable for daily use ...around 30 minutes of time I hardly had a headache from it..and after 3 days later the lenses are still full of clouded feelings! When I asked for help from the company they told me..only accept to replace the lenses because it was defective but only if I pay extra 10 euros transporting and the tax on it... So overall I paid 59 euros for defective lenses and they ask me extra 10 euros for replacing... Funny...So never again and absolutely not recommend the lenses because they are very bad and cheap . ( .btw made in Korea not in Dubai! )

Aug 24,2022Wow, everytime I order my wife's contacts I get so excited, lol, seriously it is like waiting for a Christmas present, they keep you posted from the minute you placed your order, AND YOU RECIVE A HANDWRITTEN NOTE WITH YOUR NAME ON THANKING YOU, OOH AND THE BEST, THEY SEND A SMALL PACK OF OREO COOKIES!!!! Been supporting them over 3 years, will never buy anywhere else. Fantastic service!!!

Aug 14,2022With Express shipping they came the next day in a lovely sturdy box, extremely well presented it was like opening a gift, plus a free packet of Oreos. The lenses are legit straight from the manufacturer. I order two pairs of the Solotica Aquarelle range which are extremely comfortable, they are extremely soft and gel like I can barely feel them. Can wear them for long periods of time. As standard make sure you buy some good quality eye drops to refresh your eyes. Ignore the bad reviews, if you clean them properly like you should before and after each wear you will have no problems. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks a bunch.

Aug 13,2022tbh im not sure how many stars I'd give , i bought them this time last August to wear for school and they came quite quickly , so so pretty n natural they were abs fine iv been wearing regular prescription contacts for like 4/5 years n it was like idk my second time wearing coloured ones in like November I got conjunctivitis and i couldn't even open my eyes i was in such pain , I ordered new lenses and i was fine till like march , conjunctivitis again , I took such good care of my lenses i didn't go a day without disinfecting them at ome point i even used protein deposit tablets , I domt know im about to order them again hopefully they won't damage my eyes this time lol x

Jun 19,2022I purchased from lenses me for £97 only to find to pairs was misleading I had purchased woody and toffee to gain a light brown affect and instead I got black results my normal shade is dark brown. Mis leading information I would not recommend. I was informed they will give me 20% off for what exactly why would I purchase again to get misleading results! Stay away and f you don’t wanna lose your hard earned money

My first time to try both Bella and Solotica lenses and I am happy with both pairs. Sandy Grey from Bella and Natural Colors Ocre if you are interested to know the ones I bought. Packaged really nicely too.
