Ok the good the shipping and delivery was amazing. The lenses were received in the UK in about 5 days. The bad is that the lenses are terrible. I ordered Anesthesia Addict Blue and they are terrible. The pupil hole is super large and they are super fake looking in general. They are also mega uncomfortable too. Don't believe the YouTube videos about this product, I was sold on how realistic they are but nope unless you wanna look like a cross eyed zombie take my word for it and save your money.

I order two different color lenses. I’ve been wearing solotica lenses more than 8 years. My eyes were hurting really bad and I was wearing them for less than 3 hours. The color seems super fake like cheap lenses and you can see the pixels nothing like the real ones. These are not authentic lenses. Gotta report this business this is crazy!

Horrible customer service and service after placing the orders and waiting for 5 days it’s reach with the wrong lenses power !!!! I called their customer service she was very rude didn’t even bother to apologize

Worst colored contacts ive ever tried! They have a NO REFUND policy which makes sense because I'm SURE EVERYONE WOULD RETURN these cheap crappy lenses. Lens.ME is 0 out of 10 for quality. Tip for consumers: Should state they do not accept returns! Products used: Contact lens Anesthesia

I received my Solotica lens quickly. However, I made the mistake of only ordering 1 lens. I wish they sold these lens as a pair, instead on one at a time. The lens was prettty and their website allows me to see each lens on a variety of people. The packaging was great and one of my eyes looks sexy. Sadly, I need the other lens to leave the house without looking weird. 😪

The customer service staff at lens.me were very attentive and keen to putting my needs first. I placed my initial order in October 2023 and received a refund in a matter of days and they emailed me with a generous offer to send me 2 replacement yearly contact lenses in Celio and Mel which I received today. I am very pleased with their swift response and I can say that they take on board customers before everything else. Thank you Lens.me

die Verantwortung für §263StGB Hierbei handelt es sich um Betrüger,die Warenversenden,die nicht der Beschreibung auf der Webseite entsprechen.Sie weigern sich,gefälschte Waren z.B Kontaktlinsen,anzunehmen. Man muss die Verantwortung für §263StGB tragen!

Ho acquistato delle lenti a contatto Anesthesia e mi sono trovata benissimo, la spedizione è arrivata in tempo nell'arco di qualche giorno (abito in Puglia). Anche il prodotto è ottimo e continuerò sicuramente ad acquistarlo.

Thank you so much lens.me. I had bought from this store many times and they had always delivered really quickly and successfully every time. I appreciate the honest way in which they conduct their business and can tell they put in a lot of care and thought into making sure their products are safe and the packaging and free gifts(in the past , it was oreo cookies and presently I received a blue/white bag to put the lenses in, I guess?) were very much appreciated.

have received a faulty box of Solotica yearly lenses which has caused me a serious infection in my both eyes after trying them on for just a couple of hours. I have contacted lens.me and they refused to replace it or refund after 10 days of purchase. My social responsibility tells me to point this out so you know what you are buying and putting in your eyes. This has happened twice. First time they replaced them with good and un-faulty lenses. But 2nd time they refused to replace or refund. Just heads up to be careful of what you put in your eyes, if you find the lenses are thicker and harder than usual don’t take the risk and try them on - I had been under medical treatment for 2 weeks just for trying them on for couple of hours as I was in a meeting and couldn’t take them out until the meeting wrapped up which took me two hour or so to take them out to end up with a serious infection in my both eyes. CAREFUL!

I have been a loyal customer of this company for over five years. I used to buy my contact lenses only from this store. In my recent order, I had the following issues: 1) The lenses were hard and dry, they advised me to soak them in contact lens solution for around 48 hours. Which I did, but they still felt wrong. I have been wearing contact lenses since forever and I know when there’s something wrong. 2) the contact lenses were two different colors. They wanted to send me a new pair upon the basis that the contact lens color was different, and not that they were defective. I had no spare contact lenses at that time, and I couldn’t wait one more week to receive the new pair. Thus, I declined the exchange based on that the color difference didn’t bother me this much. I wish I did not. The lenses were obviously defective, and scratched my cornea. After three weeks of wearing them, I checked with a doctor and I had to wear bandage eyepatches for over ten days bcs of how bad the inflammation was, and I wasn’t allowed to wear contact lenses for two months. The only customer service representative that was actually trying to help to fix the issue that I had is Stephanie, the others just couldn’t care less. So basically I had to throw away 100$ worth of contact lenses, as well as paying 300$+ in medical expenses. Save yourself some money and health issues and buy your contact lenses from somewhere else.

I WISH I read these BAD reviews to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY that Doesn't Stand by their DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS!!!! My sea green by Freshlook Dimension lenses I have been using for years was discontinued when I needed a refill. As a new customer, I was happy to try lensme.com. I waited to try on my new lenses as I was finishing up my LAST box. I excitedly put the lens in my eye it doesn't sit properly, centered and covers the black part of my pupil so I can't see out of it (sent pics of). I right away contacted customer service who said to soak it over night. I did everything they said and the same issue. As I sent a pic as requested that I soaked them and still the same issue. I said I want a refund and they tell me since it is past 3 weeks (as I waited for my lenses to finish that I can't get anymore). They will not refund me but said "I am sorry but as it has been 3 weeks since the order was delivered, we will not be able to provide you with a replacement order as this s now beyond our warranty. However as a gesture of goodwill we would be happy to provide you with 20% discount code for your next purchase". AS IF I WOULD NEVER, EVER PURCHASE AGAIN AS THE CONTACTS I CAN'T EVEN WEAR!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! THEY DON'T STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY WOULD OF HAD A LOYAL, CUSTOMER OTHERWISE. NOW I HAVE NO LENSES, I WOULDN'T OF USED UP MY LAST, FAVOURITE LENSE IF I ONLY KNEW.

Happy with the site and purchase and shipping (including gift) but the lenses they sell are absolutely awful. I got two Anesthesia lenses and the colours are good, but they are faulty, poorly made with incorrect iris holes that make you look like Pennywise with wonky eyes. Also lenses are blurry and headache inducing after more than 45 mins. Really poor quality.

I am so appreciative of the prompt response and resolution I received from lens.me. I ordered contacts and immediately realized that my vision benefits would not cover the expenses with this particular company, unfortunately - I was skeptical that I would get any response regarding a refund because there was not a phone number available aside from a number via WhatsApp - I was disappointed that I had to download an app to contact the company which is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Facebook messenger was also an option so I sent a message there as well. That evening, I received responses from both platforms stating that the issue would be resolved and I could expect a refund within a couple of days. To my surprise, the charge was dismissed by the next morning! I am so impressed with the service and so grateful that it was not a long drawn out process. Thank you lens.me!
