Okay, so this was my very first time ordering colored contacts lenses (or even using contact lenses!). I ordered the Solotica Hidrocor lenses, no prescription, and I was super nervous about it! I was worried about long shipping times, I was worried about the quality of the products...put it simply I was a nervous wreck. Well, let me just say, this experience with lens.me was fantastic! The lenses arrived way more swiftly than I imagined! They come packaged very professionally, I wasn't concerned with the quality of the product AT all. My package also came with a handwritten notecard from Dhessa which I thought was so cute and thoughtful and attentive. I will definitely be ordering more colored lenses from lens.me, this was such a calming and comforting experience, with absolutely no problems at all.
As a long-time customer of lens.me, I am writing here my objective and honest review about them: I have been wearing medical colored soft lenses from several brands for a little over 28 years. In the last 7 years, I switched to solotica brand and bought their "yearly" lenses from lens.me although I only used them for a maximum of 3 months to prevent any possibility of bacteria build up to ensure that my eyes do not get hurt. I take great care of my eyes, follow good hand hygiene when dealing with lenses, always clean my lens case, soak lenses every night, and use the best solution brands with the right pH level. I also never sleep, swim, or shower while wearing lenses. In other words, I am a veteran contact lens wearer, I know which lenses are good from not, and I am not dumb. When I began ordering solotica lenses from lens.me, I was impressed with their speedy delivery of orders and the beautiful colors. In the first 1-2 years of my 8-hour daily usage of solotica lenses which I ordered on a monthly/quarterly basis from lens.me in Dubai, I honestly did not have serious problems. Yes, "few" of their lenses made my eyes red/itchy/dry, but I had ignored these symptoms as I don't like to appear "a drama queen" client. Like many of the ingenuous customers here, I loved the free Oreo biscuits that came with each order along with the cute-looking eye "toy", the personalized message with a smiley, and the nicely-packed beautifully-designed box. They impressed me, making it difficult for me to complain about "few" of their lenses. In the 3rd year of using solotica lenses, especially when ordering them during seasonal promotions, I noticed the quality was off and some became really unhealthy to wear. This is where my saga began with lens.me. Every year till now, I would keep reporting to them about how “some” of their lenses were not good. They would often blame it on my eyes! How? If my eyes are bad, then how some of their lenses were sitting well on my eyes while others were hurting me? Anyone with common sense would know right off the bat that their lenses were faulty, not my eyes. I found it extremely appalling and disrespectful from their customer agents to subtly indicate that I am lying or making it up. The level of stress they caused to me nearly cost my life as they consistently asked me to prove to them that my eyes were not bad. Once, I had a car accident on my way to the optician under lens.me request, and spent full day in the ER. I was so upset. Lens.me knew I was their long time customer. How can they not believe me and ask for so much evidence? Their response would be: "Soak them for 48 hrs.” “Ah, you already did? Go visit an optician [pay for] a prescription, and send it to us.” “Sorry, your prescription is not enough. Go visit an ophthalmologist, [pay] consultation, get us a detailed report.” “Sorry, the detailed report is not enough. We need doctor's notes or your eye diameter etc.” “It must be that your eyes are bad! Our lenses are the best!” “Oh, your doctor confirmed your eyes are good? Send us pics and videos of you before and after wearing lenses!” and finally, “Ok. Here is your replacement lens." So, while I am stating here that they had ultimately offered me free replacements [recently they stopped doing that!], the lens would come after painful exchange of numerous emails, waste of time, energy, money, and going thru nervous breakdowns to get them reports, see doctors, and film myself, but the worst part is them adopting "our product is always the finest!” rather than “the customer is always right”. They refuse to receive back their faulty lenses so they do their own investigation instead of blaming the client. Plus, no one knows of what material their lenses are made. Some of them feel cheap, dry, and hard-edged. I was warned early on by a female local mid-level government official who spot my lenses when screening me and asked, "Are these on your eyes Solotica? My dear, Solotica will damage your eyes." I said, "But I am happy with them! Maybe you bought the fake ones?". She said, "No dear. I and my friends had ordered from solotica.com and lens.me. I am telling you BEWARE, your eyes will be damaged in the long run!". I asked myself, "Is she jealous from my beautiful lenses or does she have some grudge against solotica?" So, I ignored her. I now regret it. Conclusion: Seven years down the road using lens.me's solotica lenses, my pHd ophthalmologist confirmed solotica had gradually damaged my eyes. She asked me to stop wearing lenses or switch to another brand, and to use expensive lifetime eye medications. I close here by thanking Sanny, Florian, and Carmela who were good customer agents at the outset; Paulyn sometimes. However, Diana, Nora, Dhessa, Hadeel, Marielle, and Shantell made me unhappy. Because of them, I had to write this negative review.

Fantastic in every way. I was not sure what to expect, but it was everything I expected and more! I knew exactly what size and strength to order, plus I already had years of experience with color enhancing contacts. I chose a pair with no limbal ring and a color to gently enhance my green eyes. Wow! I have already ordered more. I love them. They are a real, good seller of true brand name contacts at a very competitive price.
Contacts were so uncomfortable that I had to remove them immediately. The color was not at all as pictured. Customer service consisted of offering me 20% off my NEXT purchase. (Currently, there is a site wide coupon for 15% off any purchase.) I have been wearing contacts for 19 years and they suggested I need to get used to wearing contacts. I emailed them for days without any more resolution. Do not put these in your eyes and definitely do not trust this company to give you decent customer service.
I wish I read the reviews before ordering. Terrible lenses quality! Irritating eyes since day 1 of wearing. Total rip off When contacted customer service, they replied with some steps to follow for how to handle contact lenses (which I’m wearing for 20 years) Never ordering from here again

The lenses are great. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I placed an order 11/12/21, which I received with no problem. I placed another order on 11/21/21. lens.me incorrectly sent this order to an address that I have not used in 5 years. I have the order confirmation email that shows the correct shipping address. After numerous calls to FedEx (who told me the shipper needed to contact them), numerous emails to lens.me informing them of this, and numerous times of them doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to correct their problem, I had to dispute the charge with Amex (providing them copies of all emails) to get my money back. I have gone from being a regular customer to being someone who will NEVER use them again.

I have been a regular customer for sometime. The last two packets of lenses I bought chipped before the end of the month. Not just that, the last lenses were extremely painful since day one. I contacted customer services which suggested I’d put the lenses soaking for 48h in the solution and so I did. Turns out they simply had tiny scratches that led to chipping and I am left now with what looks like a permanent sore blood vessel and most definitely I am not buying from them again, clearly they went cheap cause they used to be very good
This company and the customer service is exemplary. I recently ordered contact lenses, 2 sets. When reviewing my receipt I noticed that the address that I updated was wrong. I contacted this company to see if perhaps they could assist me in recovering my contacts I stated it was my mistake and I held no one responsible. Immediately I was contacted letting me know that they were working on it. I was so pleased that during this time I ordered 2 more sets. I received the 2nd order and a notification that my original order had been returned, modified and is now on the way to me. I can't express the kindness and sincerity that was shown to me by their customer service agents. I have bought and will continue to buy from lens.me . Being a relatively new customer, I can attest to lens.me having consistently outstanding customer service. I have placed several orders since August 2021. Any issues that arose (i.e., with the lenses themselves) had been promptly and respectfully resolved by their team to my satisfaction every time. The people at Len.com outperformed in the help and support I recieved. They kept in contact with me with exact directions on how to handle the situation and then when I received the lenses they remained in contact to finalize the satisfaction of my experience.
