Oct 04,2022I have been looking for a built in post box and found LettaSafe as they have a large selection you can choose from in comparison to other companies! When I received my post box it was damaged by the courier company. I contacted LettaSafe and they promptly shipped me a replacement. I would highly recommend this company as the customer service is excellent! The design of post box is beautiful and looks better than the images online! The quality of the post box is worth every penny! Easy 5 Star review!

Aug 12,2022After years of lusting after my neighbours’ fancy post boxes meticulously welded into their railings I decided it was finally time to acquire one ourselves. While a few companies quoted 6-8 week lead time, Lettasafe had all their boxes in stock for immediate dispatch, even customisable. Having called the office a few times, they really do go above and beyond for you and I even received extra keys for free. Moreover the Bloomsbury post box arrived absolutely stunning, solid and actually much better made than those I’ve been lusting over. Thank you Lettasafe!!

Jun 18,2022I checked our needs on the detailed website online then phoned the company to discuss our bespoke order, I completed the online order while on the phone with Matthew to check points, submitted the order online and paid by bank transfer. He confirmed while on the phone the order and payment was received, and said they had it in stock and it could likely be delivered on Tuesday. I phoned back later in the day and was told the order had been processed. On Tuesday morning I got a text with a one hour slot and it was delivered on time. Well done to everyone at Lettabox!

Feb 02,2022I was referred to this company by a company supplying my gate as I wanted a discreet brick pillar letter box. It is extremely attractive and exceptionally well made with concise instructions for installation. My brick layer installed this and it looks fantastic in the Cheshire brick. My review would most definitely have been 5 stars however despite me ordering silver finish letter plate it arrived black which we are okay and one installation Allen key was missing from the pack. Apart from that this box is definitely worth the money.
