Purchased a through the wall letterbox approx 4years ago, developed a problem with a water leak rang Louise who put us on to Kevin who helped establish the cause of the problem being our original installer who siliconed in the wrong place which prevented drainage. Brilliant company lovely people nothing too much trouble highly recommended. And an excellent products. Thanks Chris & Jan
