Nov 11,2020I was looking to order an in-wall letterbox from Lettasafe, but had a few queries - I received great initial advice over the phone from Kevin, Rubens, and Louise - The product arrived well packaged and I was really impressed with the high standard and finish! - I did realise that I needed to exchange the key-lock with a push-button lock, so I phoned Kevin, and he immediately said they'd send it in the post F.O.C. - I'd definitely recommend ordering from them! NB: They're not the best at answering emails, so just phone them instead.

Oct 03,2020I am belatedly giving this review as the post box has only just been fitted into a new wall. We are delighted with this product and would recommend it to anyone. It is smart and attractive but understated, appears not to let in rain and has attracted many verbal compliments from passers by already. The service we received on purchasing was also excellent.
