Jan 29,2020I had a letterbox custom made to fit metal railings to my wall. Reubens creates a number of excellent designs. The end product is excellent as is the quality. The price was very competitive. All underpinned by excellent service from start to finish.

Jan 28,2020Not what I expected. I ordered a vertical through the wall letterbox. The chute was fine but the letter flap was for a horizontal chute not a vertical one. It could not be attached to the chute correctly as it was not possible to connect the lower screw so had to glue it. A very expensive low grade product, will not be using them again.

Jan 28,2020Its a strong and well made letter box but it does let a bit of water in which makes the post wet in bad weather. This is unfortunate and a revised design to improve the weatherproofing would be a good idea.
