Nov 19,2024The doll was a lot smaller than the pictures led to believe and the print is not even embroidered. Surprised so many good reviews. Not sure why? When you see it next to a baby, it must be a very small baby!

Nov 14,2024I have bought at least 10 of these gorgeous dolls for my grand daughter and she's only 6 months old. These dolls are beautiful and very well made. The smiles I see from her are priceless. She's loves these dolls so much. Each one is more beautiful than the next.

Nov 14,2024Ok… I gave a 5 star and here is why! I ordered Princess Coral and received the wrong doll. Yes, I was upset as it was for my daughter’s first birthday, but as you see in the attached pictures, she LOVED it! I contacted Leyadoll to let them know about what happened. They were extremely kind, sincerely apologized for the mix up, and wanted to send me the correct doll to make it right. The doll I wanted was out of stock, so they allowed me to choose another doll. They sent to me no question. The doll I chose was the new educational doll and it was supposed to be personalized as my original doll was. When it arrived, it was not personalized. Not a huge deal to me. I contacted them to let them know that my replacement doll had arrived and that it wasn’t personalized but it wasn’t a big deal and wanted them to know that I got it, thanking them! They not only apologized for it not being personalized at it should have been, but they offered to send me another replacement doll to fix their mess up. I refused the replacement doll as they were already kind enough to sent a replacement and allowed me to also keep the doll in which they sent that was incorrect. They thanked me for understanding and kindness in the situation and still gave me a 30% coupon for a future purchase! With that said, although it was my first time ordering from the company, they were kind, apologetic, and expressed sincere concern with my issue. That to me is amazing customer service and won my future business as well. Exceptional customer service is rare these days and I can honestly say, Leyadoll has it!!! Thank you, Leyadoll for everything!!!

Nov 07,2024Great little dolls, I have bought several of these dolls, two pumpkin dolls, two Witch Halloween dolls, and a few of the other designs, all professionally engraved, which gives it a personal touch, they were received with thanks and were beautiful made, I cannot fault the work that must have gone into making them, excellent, first class service, highly recommend. Top Banana!!!!!

Now I want to purchase them a doll so they can have a leyadoll of there own, I explained to them how buying these dolls you donate for helping other children so it makes it that much more special, thank you.

Oct 30,2024I purchased 2 dolls from this company. Both dolls were personalised with the same name as my daughter shares a name with her cousin and I would it'd be a cute gift. The company didn't print the names correctly, which was missing a dot above the first 'i', but not the second. When I raised this to them, they tried to tell me I was dissatisfied with their font and continued to tell me it was my issue despite, sending me their font list which clearly showed a dot above the 'i' on all 3 options. I didn't initially want anything done but they were so rude and dismissive I requested a full refund. They've since ignored all correspondence and have even deleted comments on their Instagram page. The doll is cute but is pretty basic and not that well made, it's certainly not a doll worth $70. Based on their customer service alone, I give them 1 star.

Oct 30,2024Just received my Leya doll, very disappointed with the quality of the doll!!! A lot of loose theads, stitching appears inadequate and packaging terrible! Doll totally squashed, gift bag all bent! Need this for my granddaughter and no time to get anything else due to time it took to arrive. Due to such poor quality I will be returning as with so many loose threads could be dangerous for the baby

Oct 23,2024I ordered the Leyla soft book for my granddaughter. The outside packaging looked so worn. As soon as I opened the parcel very strong toxic chemical fumes came out that stung my eyes. The smell was terrible. I feel very sorry for the factory workers with these dangerous fumes. I will definitely not give this to my granddaughter. I’m now very concerned as I ordered recently a big Leyla doll. I do not trust this place.
