The doll is so cute , came with a bag, even with a sticker that says happy birthday. Communication with email is excellent , product is excellent, very reasonable price. Fast delivery . I’ll definetely buy again . Thank you Leyadoll 👍🏻

Oct 04,2024When making a complaint you just go around in circles and get no clear reply. Bought the soft book but items were missing. Have contacted them several times each time they ask for photos which I have supplied three times. The book is quite cute bought as present but can’t give it as such as items are missing. Not a company I would recommend also I think their reviews are not by genuine customers. Buyer take care.

Customer services kept me informed all the way through the process. I asked if they could ship asap and they complied. May 08,2024I ordered two beautiful dolls. One was for my daughter and the other was for our friends daughter. My daughter is 8months old and my friends daughter is 5. Both love their dolls. The shipping was fast and they both came with gift bags so that was a really nice touch. The dolls are beautifully made and the customized names on the dresses are really cute. My friends daughter named hers and carries her everywhere! It's such a great purchase. Definitely recommend. Will not disappoint one single bit. Thanks Leyadoll!!
