Feb 15,2024This was my first time ordering from Leya Doll. First of all the computer only saved part of my address. It took 6 weeks and lots of messages back and forth before I finally was given a proper tracking number. Using that I was able to get my doll from the USPS. After all that trouble I opened the package to find the doll was dirty and washing is not recommended. I messaged the company again and have not heard anything from them. They only have an email address. No phone number

Jan 30,2024I am with some of the reviews you are pathetic you scammed me $79.34 where on the website does it say you convert to American dollars? I am a pensioners with 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Thanks for no explanation not once did you refer to the problem.

I ordered my doll on November 28th and payed for express shipping. 1 week later still nothing finally almost 2 weeks later they tell me my doll is out of stock and I will be refunded. 3 days later almost Christmas they tell me I’m lucky they found one I said I don’t want it because I already found another gift they say ok we’ll refund. On December 24th CHRISTMAS DAY they send me an email that my package was shipped!!!!! YOU’RE A SCAM!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Dec 27,2023Bought this doll as a Christmas present for my granddaughter the doll was left to the side but the backpack to her was a great gift she just loves it. I had a problem with delivery but I shouldn't have worried I emailed the company and they assured me that it had been delivered to me but it hadn't, but when I returned from work the day after it was supposedly delivered it was left at my door, I will order from leyadoll again thank you for the fast reply to my email

Dec 23,2023This company is a joke. I have written several emails. The same auto response is sent back. No doll. The worst part is the latest email sent to me is asking for pictures of my grandchild with the doll. How can I take pictures when I have NO doll. Emailed them again. Got the same auto response with tracking number saying my doll is out for delivery on Nov 2nd. Horrible company.

Dec 21,2023I was surfing the web and love looking at baby dolls for my little great granddaughter and I came across Leyadolls and I just fell in love she just turned one and this will be perfect. My granddaughter does not have a cliff but knowing a % we’ll be donated to these needy children I am excited to see Jaylin open her new baby this holiday and spreading the love that was put into her. Dec 20,2023Nice, soft doll but the head is slightly tilted sidewards and stitching on one eyebrow is poor. For the money expected better quality. Can't return it in time for daughter's first birthday and have read many people had issues with customer service replies.

Dec 13,2023I placed my order on 28.11.2023, was told I would receive and email when my order shipped, I have had absolutely nothing more from this company since the confirmation of my order. I have sent 3 emails to the 'help' email address and it seems they are ignoring me and this item was supposed to be a Christmas present for my 1 year old granddaughter. I would think twice before placing an order with this company.
