The dolls arrived well packaged and are of high quality we are very happy with the purchase they are Christmas gifts for grandaughters so they haven't received them yet but we are sure they are going to love them

Nov 27,2023I have order two dolls ‘Butterfly Girl’ and ‘Sakura Girl’. The materials of the doll are soft, however with poor stitching on the ‘Butterfly Girl’. The head of ‘Butterfly Girl’ is smaller than the ‘Sakura Girl’ and the stitches are poorly made on the face of the doll which is very obvious when you are holding the doll. I am not sure does it only happen to the doll I received or apply to the whole range of ‘Butterfly Girls’. I have emailed the customer service to raise this issue twice but they decided to ignore my email without any replies. I won’t be putting in further orders with this poor customer service company.

Nov 27,2023I ordered this doll for my grand daughter for Christmas. I received an email that the doll have been delivered but I had not received it. I contacted customer service immediately. They worked with me until the doll showed up. Their response was immediate and thorough. I would have no problems ordering from this company again. I was very happy with my purchase and experience!

Nov 26,2023I ordered the doll the beginning of November and although the order receipt email says tracking info will be sent within 3 business days, no email was received. After 7 business days I sent an email requesting an update, no response, 3 days later another email was sent and once again no response. No tracking email received and no response to either of my emails so now I'm questioning if I'll even receive the order. After reading some of the reviews over the past few weeks, I'm afraid I've wasted my money. ****Update**** Finally received an email stating the order was on it's way and I can track using the tracking number sent in my email. That's a problem when I NEVER received the email with the tracking number. Also, when I login to my account, it's shows the fulfillment status as Unfulfilled. My Ticket # is 102401.

Nov 21,2023I feel rather disappointed with the finishing quality of the doll that has arrived. For what I paid I expected a good quality item however that’s not really the case. There is a yellow/brown line mark around all of the bottom of the dolls skirt, bits of threads hanging and the stitching on the back of the doll is poor. I contacted them to make them aware of this and I’ve received no response. Rather poor. Request number 101599

Nov 21,2023I ordered two dolls for my twin granddaughters. The dolls arrived with the same name on both. I have sent several e-mails over the last two weeks along with photos. I have not heard back. I am so disappointed and worried that I won't have this corrected by Christmas. This would have been their first dolls.

Dec 13,2023I am making one last attempt here in hopes someone will help me. I ordered two dolls 3 weeks ago (347164) and have not received any info as to the whereabouts of my order. However when I reach out to customer service they continue to give me tracking info on an order I placed after this (347736) which was already delivered. I have reached out almost every day and I always get the same answer. They are obviously not reading the entirety of my email or maybe it’s a robot and not a human! Please would someone do their homework and tell me what happened to my order? (347164) otherwise I’m going to have two out of three unhappy granddaughters on Christmas morning.
