I had a poor experience a year ago, changed to Noor by them and it's all been smooth sailing since. She promptly replies to emails, understands the tenant and the situation and promptly finds a resolution. It made my last few months a pleasure rather than a pain in the neck.

Jan 19,2024I rented a flat, and quite a few issues came out that were not mentioned during the viewing, but the staff helped fix them, and now the property is greatly improved. Tianna has been especially helpful with organising all the required work and contractors and communicating with the landlord. Issues can arise, but all the necessary steps were taken to fix them in a reasonable time and with the utmost professionalism.
