I sent an email asking what percentage commission they charge for selling a flat and I was totally ignored. Clearly they only reveal this information after visiting your property to work out how much they'll get away with. Really unprofessional to not reply at all. I'm not arranging a visit and valuation unless I know the commission rate, so I'm not wasting my time. I'll just go elsewhere.
All good!! We got some issues with the flat and our Manager was able to contact quickly the landlord and to solve / get a compensation for the inconvenience. Thank you!

We recently sold a flat through Life Residential and I cannot recommend the team highly enough. Molly and Will went above and beyond to help with the sale! Their professionalism and level of care was superb. If we didn't have them help coordinate the sale and liaise between the solicitors the whole process would have taken a lot longer. Had a great experience looking for a property to rent with LiFE residential, more specifically with Guerschom. He was very quick to share of available properties and to arrange viewings - once we kickstarted the process for making an offer, he was very approachable and understanding when we changed our mind on conditions or when we asked clarifying questions. Took 1 month to provide me with the fob for the building, and therefore could not use the amenities that I was paying for. Handed the flat over in complete disarray, nothing works, and now taking 1 month to deal with dampness and mould in the flat.
Thi sis the worst agency I ever had to work with. They don't respond to e-mails and I had (still having) serious problems to get my deposit back, besides other maintenance problems I had during my time in the flat they managed. The previous tenant didn't pay the rent and the agency is trying to use th emoney from my deposit to cover this debt. This is absolutely ridiculous! In addition, after I paid the deposit they changed the value in the contract to a lower value. They said they would refund me the difference and so I trusted them (as I have this in writing) and signed the contract. More than one year later they still haven't sent the refund! Absolutely unacceptable behaviour.
I recently got Ashleigh as my property manager and she has been nothing but helpful, quick and helpful responses. I had a property checkup today as requested by my landlord and she gave good insight and was reasonable when it came to assessing the state of the property. I could tell she genuinly cares about her clients and wants the best for both the tenant and the landlord.
I reached out to the team yesterday regarding replacing old furniture in my flat. Claudio De Tommaso responded within the hour that he had initiated a solution, followed through on the matter within a few hours and confirmed with a phone call. I was delightfully surprised to be met with such a pleasant and prompt interaction. In my interactions with Claudio, he is always prompt and professional to work with - a great help.

Dec 04,2023Had a superb move-in experience made possible by Matt and even left a 5-star Google review. The problem started when it was time to move out. They sent a cleaning fee which was the highest quote I received, but their conditions were quite harsh. Basically, if you used another cleaning service, they would not allow you back into the property once you handed over the keys, and if they had any concerns after inspecting the property, you won't be allowed to re-enter the property to address it and they will have to charge you to clean it. I opted for their cleaning service and when I got my deposit back, it was charged an extra fee for cleaning the furniture in the house. I wrote back and highlighted the moving out email where they said they would handle all cleanings, there was no mention of extra charges and they ignored it completely, saying it was the Landlord that sent the deduction, meanwhile I did not have a cleaning arrangement nor ever interacted with the landlord throughout my stay. The second issue I was charged for was missing items, they had sent a mail that a checkout inventory would be done but no one came until I had moved out. Only for me to be charged for missing utensils and other items that I had left in the property. I challenged this and reminded them that the failure to do the moving out inventory was on their part as I was around all through and no one came but again I was bullied and told there was nothing that could be done, that the landlord had said some items were missing and I had to pay for them. Lastly, during the last days of my tenancy, people kept coming for inspection and a LR agent would take them around, at the end of the week when my partner came back, she noticed that her favorite perfume which she just got was missing. I informed LR of this and nothing was done about it either. Overall, my move-in experience was easy and great as well as my stay but the move-out experience was the worst experience, LR did not care one bit and took as much money as they wanted from my deposit and nothing I said ever go looked into, just generic replies of there is nothing I can do from the facility manager
