Jan 03,2024Overall our experience with Life Residential was absolutely a nightmare, with every single department of the agency, myself and my partner we have been renting with them for nearly 3 years, and I won’t recommend this to anybody. We left three month ago, and we are still waiting for the final bill of clever energy (which is an extra bill of the building, that obviously hasn’t communicated to us once we firstly moved in); Moral of the story, we chased our deposit for literally 3 months, and still waiting for final bill to be issue!!! Szilvia Nemeth is absolutely the worst property manager you could ever deal with, she is not present, she is not responding, and she is rude! She is only looking after her own interest, honestly, shocking experience. However, I also want to mention, that Abi Shanks, she is THE ONLY ONE that took real care of this situation, and supporting us by finding a solution. She constantly communicated with us, we really appreciated that, and we can’t thank her enough for her effort to get this sorted.

After fairly indifferent experiences, in no small measure due to staff churn, I am very happy to say Kareena from LR has been wonderfully responsive and helpful. She has returned emails promptly and carried out actions as promised. I hope she will remain my account manager for longer than many of her predecessors. Well done, Kareena!
