Sep 01,2023I was using LiFE Residential for 4 years and never experienced any issues with property support or customer care. My manager - Abi was always fast in response and even available after office hours. I got full coverage from setting-up my utility bills and all the way up to the final property cleaning. I have no unexpected surprises during my deposit release at the end of tenancy either. Surely next time I rent - LiFE Residential will be my first choice.

Alisha was my property manager for a decent spell of my tenure and each time I ran in to an issue, she was able to respond/sort it out rather quickly. Aug 17,2023We have been with Life Residential for a third year now. And although there have been ups and downs (especially with the process of transitioning from one property manager to another where we have had 3 managers changed in a row within literally the period of 3 months and nobody bothered making us aware of the fact that actually a new property manager has been assigned to us at any given moment) I would characterize Life Residential as a quite decent and reliable realty agency. It is worthwhile to mention that our recent property manager - Georgia Hurley - has been very helpful in eventually resolving our problem with the boiler. For the last few months we have been experiencing quite an inconvenience with hot water pressure / hot water supply and all attempts to remedy the situation remained without success. However, when Georgia stepped in we had our boiler tank replaced rather promptly and voilà - we are back into civilization with hot water coming out of the tap :) I would like once again to thank Georgia for the smooth assistance on the matter and hope that all our queries will be dealt with in the future in the same propmt manner.

Aug 15,2023Shocking. I hope this review helps any private landlord considering whether to use Life Residential to make an informed decision. They have managed my property for nearly two years, and during that time, a set of keys has been lost, the carpet has been burned and destroyed by the tenant, a door handle was removed and not replaced leaving the property open to the outside and unsecured, unknown charges have been added to my account without invoices, and a worthless checkout report was undertaken which did not effectively document a large proportion of damage to my property. I have paid them approximately £10,000 and for this, by lack of management and disorganisation they have at least caused double this figure in damage to my property. They recommend a tenant to me who had bad credit, and lived in squalor. Having Life Residential involved in this matter has onward implications that I am still feeling the consequences of. Therefore, I hope I can save any landlord the stress and financial loss I have suffered as a direct result of having instructed life Residential to manage my asset, as it has been a very bad choice.
