Life residential has signed with a tenant on my behalf for 2 years and 3 months in total without providing me with any information about the tenants except a name. This tenant has viciously turn my apartment in Birmingham into a weed farm and involve a police investigation. Do not trust this agency.\\ They request their landlord to give them 5 stars review so their score is around 4.5 to 5. They also write themselves 5 stars review do not trust

Nov 22,2024VERY UNPROFESSIONAL We’ve been renting a property through Life Residential for the past 8 years in London. We usually have some flat inspections and everything has always gone well. However a new manager D.B has been in charge of our property recently and she didn’t show up for the third visit in a row without even informing us. Quite oddly Always on Friday… We had to wait at home with no notice and eventually called the agency to find out that nobody was coming. We have some very tight schedule with our job and always strive to accommodate the suitable slot in advance. That lack of professionalism is utterly shocking and disrespectful, especially when one doesn’t take the time to call or email us about the cancellation. We are tired of this poor management and have decided not to extend our tenancy agreement with Life Residential. Regards, Kévin

He was thoroughly involved throughout our tenancy in sorting out maintenance issues and following up on our various queries from the get go. There was prompt communication, clear response and direct action whenever needed. Very grateful for the support and cooperation received from Mr. Marcus throughout this time period.

Nov 15,2024Miss Brooke Nickless is a lovely, friendly lady and great property manager. Since moving in in July, she is the only property manager to have taken the time to visit me in person and make sure I am happy and comfortable in my new flat and that everything is working properly. She also provided me with missing documents that I had not received from my estate agent, when moving in to ensure compliance. Brooke is very considerate of her tenants time and made sure that her visit suited around my schedule, which is excellent customer service. She is lovely and deserve a pay rise/promotion! :)

Nov 13,2024My son saw an advert for a studio in Slough and sent an enquiry, no response, called several times leaving messages, no response. I called and left several messages, no response then called every hour unril I finally spoke to the relevant department. The earliest viewing was at 2.45pm the following week so my son took time off work and whilst on the way got a call saying viewing cancelled. Not good enough, the rental was for 2 yrs and they obviously don't need his business so he is taking his money elsewhere. Do not recommend.

Nov 13,2024Extremely unprofessional property management at vauxhall/nine elms Two months - a basic shower and kitchen hob exhaust is not still fixed. They have stopped coming on calls. And keep procrastinating the work Really painful time waste agents. I will never recommend them They do not hold a good word for their work in entire st georges wharf ! They take months to get basic things in apartment fixed. Please dont appoint them as property managers ! Only the letting agents are good here !

Nov 13,2024Horrible! AVOID AT ANY COST. Toxic! It takes a toll on your mental health, your money, your life. Irresponsible, unprofessional, unavailable, corrupt! Life Residential is the worst agent i have dealt with so far. They have kept my security deposit and not paying it back after three months. Each time I raise this issue with them, a new person sends an email asking for my details and final bills. Once I respond,they don’t even bother to read the email and when I contact them again, they send another email asking for the same details. Then they disappear.my property manager was Gina, never read emails and mostly unavailable. they keep repeating emails to waste your time and don’t respond to your emails. Interestingly, they know what they’re doing. That’s why they don’t dare share their contact numbers on their official email signature. They make you call their general phone number and once you call them, you will be told the person is not available. Update: just got another email from the same person asking the same details i shared with her the day before. Life Residential should be banned!

Nov 04,2024We recently moved out of our apartment, which was managed by Life Residential, and we are still waiting for our final bills from our previous service providers as part of the deposit release process. During our checkout, our property manager, Arjin Dogan, was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive. We experienced some difficulties with our previous property managers, who ignored our emails for weeks. I truly wish we had the opportunity to work with Arjin from the beginning of our tenancy. I just wanted to express my gratitude and contribute to her recognition.
