Mar 24,2023I HAVE HAD THE WONDERFUL OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH 3 PEOPLE OF EXCELLENCE AT “LIFE STORAGE ON OLD HAMMOND HWY. AND “LIFE STORAGE” ON 3RD STREET. BOTH LOCATIONS ARE IN BATON ROUGE, LA. THE YOUNG LADY THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH IS: “KIM LEBLANC THE STORE MANAGER AT 10555 OLD HAMMOND HWY. BATON ROUGE, LA. 70816 I CANNOT EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE TOWARD “KIM” FOR ALWAYS BEING SO KIND, SO PROFESSIONAL, SO KNOWLEDGEABLE AND JUST AN OVERALL BEAUTIFUL SWEET-SPIRIT!!! IF ANYONE DESERVES TO BE RECOGNIZED IN A VERY SPECIAL WAY, IT IS: “KIM LEBLANC”!!! THE NEXT TWO PEOPLE WORK AT THE 3RD STREET LOCATION IN BATON ROUGE, LA. THE NEXT LADY OF WHICH I SPEAK IS: “FELICIA”!!! I HAVE TO SAY THAT SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND “THE-CALL-OF-DUTY” FOR ME!!! AND, SHE NEEDS TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED IN A SPECIAL WAY ALSO, FOR HER EXPERTISE, KINDNESS AND COMPASSION IN HELPING ME!!! SHE IS DEFINITELY “A-CUT-ABOVE” THE REST. THE GENTLEMAN “STEVE-THE STORE MANAGER ON 3RD STREET IN BATON ROUGE, LA. IS SO AWESOME AND REALLY IS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING THERE AT “LIFE STORAGE” ON 3RD STREET IN BATON ROUGE, LA. I WOULD BE SO GRATEFUL, IF THE MANAGEMENT AT “LIFE STORAGE” IN BATON ROUGE, LA. Mar 19,2023Nick is very customer oriented! Going through a difficult situation, he was caring, empathetic and worked with me on finding a storage unit to fit my needs asap. You can tell he cares about his job and his customers with the detail he comes to the table with. Definitely recommend storing your items there, as the Customer Service is a huge sale in itself!

That being said, the manager Tony was professional, efficient and comprehensive, going over my options and showing me the space first, and then providing everything I needed to know to get started. The unit itself was clean and accessible enough and fits my needs, and the personalized service made it easy and pleasant,
