Feb 18,2022Benny, one of the managers in Katy, Texas, went out of his way to help me. He took me to the storage unit, showed me the tricks of opening and closing the unit, I am 5 foot nothing and really appreciated the help. Way to go Benny!

Feb 15,2022We met Sergio on Saturday and he is a very good guy. He was extremely thorough going over the ins and outs with us. It’s only been a couple days but so far so good. When you’re unloading at the dock closest to our storage locker there’s some sort of rusted out manhole cover that moves if you step on it. This is something that Life storage should address. I suppose I should let somebody at the front desk know. But I am happy With the accommodations and I believe the pricing to be fair. So far there has always been a cart for me to use which makes me happy.

Feb 12,2022Wow! is the word that first comes to mind when I reflect on my experience with Life Storage at 8161 Main Street in Buffalo, NY. I was greeted with exceptional service by the representative I spoke with over the phone to complete the booking. Then when I arrived at the location, Heather, greeted me also with exceptional service to process my rental and receive my payment. I make it a point to share with others my business experiences, both good and bad. This experience was exceptional and I am very happy to tell others. Don’t hesitate to do business with this location!

Feb 12,2022Tilly was SO friendly and sweet - she made everything easy, understands her procedures on her end to then make the experience flow so nicely through the whole process of getting signed up. I’m so grateful they were able to provide a spot for my vehicle! We were on waitlist for awhile and even that experience was a positive one as I interacted with versions customer service reps.

We felt that our storage needs were important to the woman that took care of us she explained in detail everything and We believe she gave us the best price and spot. We highly recommend them. Also we first went to the other location that didn’t have climate control storage and the woman there called where we are now and sent us there. She also cared enough to find us what we needed. Life Storage in Savannah is GREAT!

I appreciate this very much and appreciate the clean environment at this location

Feb 19,2022Reserved a second floor unit for check-in 2022/02/16, with a "1st month free promotion". Called to move check-in to the following day. Customer service agent said no problem. Hadn't received confirmation so called back. Was told I now had two units booked. Asked to cancel the one unit as it was an error. On check-in on the 17th, was told my "1st month free promotion" was the unit that was cancelled and was obliged to pay the applicable rental. Lulu, the associate on duty was pleasant to deal with, but unable to assist with the "refund". Following is from the confirmation email: "Special: 1 Month Free** has been applied to your order In closing, I hadn't read "Elevator + Portable Steps Access" - So whilst I was expecting a unit on the second floor via elevator, I never realized it was by "personal leg access unit" up the portable steps.....wasn't even able to carry one of the boxes up the stairs as it was too heavy....even with my wife pushing me from the rear end. It must have looked quite a sight, a 64 years old, shoving another 64 year old up these steps. I do however, take responsibility for this oversight. ps: Still not sure where the elevator was :) MB
