Mar 19,2021Im happy with what i received and the price but i have other furniture of the same type which is better quality. E.G arches on the doors instead of plain rectangles and decorative beading on the underside edge of the top surface.

Mar 04,2021I requested a delivery upgrade and unwrapping of the product, which cost me £18 inclusive. The delivery man did neither due to covid but you have still charged me the £18 which has not been refunded . I would appreciate an explanation and mor importantly the £18 refund.

Mar 02,2021Furniture all fine and very nice but took a while which was compounded by two delivery delays with a delivery aborted due to a breakdown and two days later an arrival 2.5 hrs after allotted time. We were kept informed all throughout so communication was good. Just unfortunate. So overall on this occasion, not a great experience but communication made it better than average. I would go 3.5 stars if I could. Nice furniture that’s the main thing.

Feb 23,2021I would happily give 5 stars for the three drawer bedside cabinet ordered because it was just what I wanted. The ordering was easy, I was kept well informed about delivery and it was delivered on time. The reason for the lack of five stars is because it was wonky. The studs on the feet were of different thicknesses so I had to buy a set of new studs to replace the uneven ones.

Mar 23,2021I purchased a table and was pleased with it. It was good value. I have knocked two stars because the delivery service was dreadful. This puts me off buying anything else from here. I got only 3 hours notice of delivery and I was not going to be in. I tried to change this but was told it could not be changed as the driver was already on the road. The driver rang to ask directions to my house which is usually very easy to find. Despite this, he still delivered to the wrong address.
