Apr 27,2021Unfortunately I would not purchase from lifestyle furniture again. The Childs wardrobe be purchased was flatpack and we were expecting it part assembled. The rod to hang clothes was not long enough to use and there are scratches on the top of the wardrobe in a few places after assembly. Beware they say you have to look at all the parts of your furniture when it is delivered and decline delivery if it is not up to standard but this is not realistic.

The only reasons for not giving five stars are some issues with the handles and delivery. * Some of the screws/bolts don't really fit the handles and, when I replaced the handles from inside the drawers to the outside, the lacquer around the screw is removed and the handles, once fitted correctly, don't quite cover the marks. * The packaging didn't arrive with any "This Way Up" stencil on the outside and susequently the deliverymen left the TV unit on its side. This meant that all of the drawers had fallen into the body of the unit which could have resulted in scratches. Happily, they weren't scratched. Well made units though, and the above can be sorted.

Apr 07,2021Absolutely LOVE our new side table although it was a real test to put it all together. Im thinking of buying another but am slightly put off by the thought of having to build it again! Ha! Great service and quality piece of furniture. It would have been 5 star for product quality and delivery service but iv said 4 star for the awkwardness of building it.

Mar 31,2021I bought a Sheesham Cuba 2 cube bookcase in March 2021. The bookcase was on offer, and I was a little sceptical because it was great value and i had seen the same furniture elsewhere for a lot more money. The transaction had a couple of issues one was with paypal but the customer service was spot on, the phone was answered promptly and the email response was quick and concise. Then the delivery took a couple of days longer than expected but everything was communicated through the couriers app. The bookcase is spot on, really well packaged, great condition, great quality and really looks beautiful with my records in it. I gave it a quick polish and it really shines. Good customer service happens when things dont go quite to plan and this was really well handled thank you.

Mar 25,2021Disappointed with the state of the TV unit when it arrived. The packaging was damaged but didn’t notice it as it as was on the underside of the box delivered early in the morning. On opening the box one of the feet was completely unattached and another was very loose. They had clearly been nail gunned on with little care and thin easily bent nails. After several attempts of carefully tapping the feet back into place the unit was sufficiently steady to use. I didn’t complain at the time although I was annoyed at having to do some reassembly on an assembled item. As we won’t be moving the unit around it’s ok but something to be wary of.
