Mar 23,2022Great service and wonderful quality. We had placed a large order for Sheesham furniture and was a bit apprehensive regarding the quality and finish. However the products were excellent, and their customer service was also very prompt. We opted for the 2 man room of choice delivery - which is highly recommended as these are very heavy pieces.

Mar 23,2022I bought a table from this company and it has just arrived after 7 weeks. Very happy with the quality as it is exactly what we ordered. The only thing that I was not pleased about was the lack of contact while we waited for it. Lifestyle had issues sending updates as they're email didn't work properly which was frustrating and the customer service was amateur at best.

Mar 21,2022Despite having read some negative reviews of this company, I went ahead and ordered a small piece of furniture based on their prompt and professional responses to my questions by phone and email. When the first item arrived as promised, exactly as described and in excellent condition, I decided to order 2 more larger pieces. Again the service was very good and the items even arrived a day early- on a Sunday - with several phone calls to inform us of their ETA. All in all, a very good experience.

Mar 16,2022The quality of the furniture is great. I purchased a bedside table. I do wish the drawers were actually built on a track. Rather than having a track to guide the drawers in and out, they kind of just sit there and wobble when opened. And the deliver was weird. I never got a confirmation email about the purchase. Then one day, a large parcel showed up at my doorstep without having ever gotten any indication they'd received my order or had dispatched it. It did come in about three days, which was amazing. I'm overall happy, but I wish communication had been better, and that the construction of the drawers was a little better.

The communication with the Lifestyle team was great throught (we were made aware would have to wait a little while for delivery), we were kept up-to-date and the delivery went smoothly and on-time. The two chests have exceeded our expectations. Beautifully made, really solid and look fabulous. Recommended!

Jan 24,2022This drawer unit is what I had hoped for and expected. It looks good. It is sturdily constructed. The drawer depths are better than some manufacturers Pity about Covid messing things up causing big delays! One grumble is that the delivery firm did not email me a date and delivery time option for the unit, it was lucky that I was at home when it arrived! They had informed me that delivery was close but no details given I wanted a unit that was smaller than average widths but wider than the typical slim drawer units - this was the compromise I had looked for, suiting the available space, and in a natural-looking wood to match another unit in the bedroom
