Jan 24,20201.Disappointed with regards to delayed response of my email sent on Wednesday 22nd January because I had to call back to chase whether it has been read or not 2.Surprised why I have to send the full measurements including the weight of the item am sending back which I thought your company should already know.. as I did precise which item I was returning 3.Am worried about the refund.. How long it will take and how much will I get charged for returning the item 4 Doesn't look attractive to deal again with your company

Jan 13,2020They took my money for items that weren’t in stock, and then I found out the following day they couldn’t get those lights anymore, and had to get a refund which took time to go back into my account. Poor online ordering system.

Dec 01,2019In all honesty I have never given a bad rating on line about a company, however I was appalled by this company’s customer service. I ordered 3 lampshades (and we are not talking pennies) paid for them and then received an email the following day to say they were no longer in stock and I would receive a refund. A week later I receive the same email which I queried as an error however was advised that I had to agree to the refund before it would be processed. Why was this not mentioned the following day of the order??? So not only does this company advertise and take payments for items they do not have but YOU are responsible for ensuring they pay you back BUYER BEWARE i will not use this company again.

Apr 16,2019I purchased a standard lamp online for collection in store. All went smoothly until we discovered a small glass part was broken when we unpacked it. Staff in store were very helpful and solved the problem by replacing it from a demo lamp in store which saved having to return the whole item. Very good service.......would definitely use again and recommend.
