Feb 06,2023Quick delivery of floor lamp & shade. Unfortunately the shade was badly marked so I contacted Lighting R Us and after sending them pictures it was replaced within 2 days. Very grateful and good communication. Definitely use again.

Dec 16,2022Excellent service. The glass in my pendant ceiling light was cracked and I was desperate for an identical replacement asap. After ringing around several stores who could order online but did not stock, I spoke to Jayne at Lighting R Us who was very friendly and helpful. She offered to look through their stock and contact me if they had one. I was over the moon when she called me back. Thanks for going above and beyond- you have made my day! I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
