Sep 04,2021The mirror arrived sporting a small damaged area. My call to Lighting R Us was answered straight away by a friendly efficient member of staff. A replacement mirror was ordered from their suppliers and should be with me in the next couple of days. Assuming that the replacement mirror has no faults I am very impressed with the way my transaction has been handled.

Jul 28,2021Purchasing the goods was very straightforward. The price quoted for the items was the price we paid. No hidden charges. The delivery arrived quickly and with no damage to our items. I was informed when my parcel would arrive. It was slightly later than originally said but that was the fault of the delivery company, but I received my items on the part of the day I was expecting them.

Jul 26,2021Gorgeous lamp arrived very quickly and very well packed,The lamp was out of stock but put on a back order as it would be a couple of weeks before stock would be in but I received a phone call from a lovely member of staff saying there had been a small delivery and they had posted one out to me that morning.Thank you for your great service I would definitely order from you again
