Pas på og ikke handler hos livecards, har købt 3 måneders livecards, men den udløb efter en måneder, selvom jeg betalt for 3 måneder. Prøvede at kontakte kundeservice service, men kom ikke frem og nu svarer de ikke min email. Så hold jer væk og prøve at finde en anden hjemmeside.

Ottaa rahat mutta ei anna toimivaa tuotetta vaikka lähettää montakymmentä screenshottia,,, ja eivät usko mitään mitä sanoo asiakaspalvelulle vaan pyytää toistuvasti kokeilla uudestaan... ei kannata ostaa mitään.

Activatie lukte niet. Helpdesk reageerde binnen 1 uur met vraag over aanvullende info. daarna kwam bijna direct de stappen die je moest zetten om telefonisch de activatie te laten slagen. Geweldige en snelle service!!! Top!!!

Warning! Don't buy anything from livecards.net previously livekort.se. Last year, I purchased a Windows 11 key from these guys but after a recent Windows update it stopped working. When I have reached customer service, they don't want to provide me with a new key. Instead they want me to create a new account and get a special discount? Scammers. This is the reply I got from customer support: "Unfortunately, as your order was placed some time ago, we no longer have access to the product keys associated with our customers. Additionally, as mentioned on our website, we recently completed a website migration. As an alternative, we recommend creating a new account on our website at livecards.net. We’re happy to offer you an exclusive discount for new account users.. We hope this solution meets your needs, and we're happy to assist further if you have any questions." The reply below from Alexander is bs. I have already provided my order number to customer support.

Code werkte in eerste instantie niet. Na contact met helpdesk nieuwe code ontvangen, werkte wel. Geld binnen afgesproken tijd retour ontvangen.

I want to warn about this company. I bought a code for Xbox Gamepass 12 months in november as a Christmas gift for my son. The codes provided did not work. It was a hassle to prove this to Livecards but after several emails and chat messages with their customer support i got money back for three out of four codes. Eventually i got money back for the fourth code. It sounded from them i should be happy for that. Now after several months i asked for a discount code for all the hassle and in return, i would buy the product again, hoping to get valid codes this time. They provided me with a 2% discount first, which was equal to about 2 USD. What i joke. After some argumenting back and forth they gave me a 5% discount code. Problem is that the price of the product has gone up with about 20 USD since i initially bought it, so i've ended up having to buy the same product three months later (the time it has taken to get the money back and trying to get a discount for a new purchase) for a much more expensive price. It's not my fault they provided me with non-working codes. I've never experienced such bad customer service anywhere before. Anywhere else they would probably just give me the product for free or at least 50% off as compensation to keep a happy, returning customer. Regarding your reply below, that's exactly the kind of standad reply i've gotten from your customer service and they haven't helped me out. Just stalling and stalling. Update: The refund you are mentioning is just rediculous. First you offered med 2%, then 5%. In the meantime the price of the product was increased with almost 20%, plus you tka out delivery cost (which is insane for a digitally delivered product). I ended up paying much more than i initially did after your refund. So i lost, you won. Congrats. But you won’t have a returning customer.
