Jun 27,2024After I paid, then I did not get my license right a way they informed me to contact their 24/7 chat which on my mobile I could not find also not in the hamburger icon, So I just waited till they wanted to give me my License, when buing a game then you like to play it right away, but have to wait for the license is not ok, so I got my license and its working but the time used on waiting on it, no thanks. Update to respond below: Please read again, as mentioned then I got my licens already, but the problem is the wait time.

May 31,2024Ich habe versucht nach einen Monat nochmal etwas zu bestellen, in der Hoffnung dass es mal *sofort Lieferung* gibt. Aber mal wieder nichts. Das ist die Ordernummer #2685-4466712 Sagen Sie jetzt nicht bitte die Zahlung ist nicht eingegangen oder sonstige Ausreden. Ich habe mich auch verifiziert. Es kann doch nicht sein, dass man hier Tage lang auf die Bestellung warten muss!! Das war das letzte mal, werde hier nie mehr was bestellen. Geben Sie endlich meine Bestellung!!! Update: Das Geld wurde abgezogen und Sie haben es erhalten. Das sind immer die gleichen Ausreden von Ihnen. Ich will endlich meine Bestellung haben!

May 28,2024Please avoid. There's a good reason their rating is below 3. Bought an Xbox Ultimate 1 month code. All worked fine on my console however when I went into my Microsoft account to stop recurring charges I was told my subscription would end in 7 days. Spoke to Anna via chat and completely disinterested. Left me hanging for long periods probably hoping I'd give up and when I didn't wanted screenshots of my Microsoft account! So scammed out of 3 weeks. Prob given a 7 day free trial code

Apr 11,2024Hatte über die Seite eine Guthabenkarte bestellt, erstens bekommt man nichtmal eine Bestätigungs-Mail oder ähnliches, da kam es mir schon suspekt vor. Auch auf Nachfrage per Chat auf der Webseite keine Bestätigung per Mail erhalten, da kam dann bloß das ich eine erhalten würde sobald mein Geld eingegangen ist. Sprich, man hat absolut nichts in der Hand. Bezahlt habe ich per SOFORT, bei anderen Händlern mache ich das immer genau so, da gab es nie Probleme. Hier hieß es dann, mein Geld sei noch nicht angekommen, obwohl es längst von meinem Konto abgebucht war. (Ja, ich weiß, Überweisungen dauern - ich habe aber sonst NIE Probleme mit SOFORT!) Im großen und ganzen absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Wenn man seine Bestellung dann stornieren möchte, muss man noch 2,50€ zahlen. Absolut nicht ok, bezweifle das die Seite vertrauenswürdig ist und hoffe das ich mein Geld zurückerstattet bekomme.
