Nov 10,2024I have bought Apple 40 USD I have paid 40 USD for it, but I should get the number of it, but it did not come to me and it means that they have stollen me money, so what I can say about it that it is really poor! Not able to send me what I have bought, so I would see if even anyone would start to send me my Apple 40 USD card! Let us see! Till now it is really poor!

Nov 01,2024From the time I ordered until I got it delivered, it took 3 hours, so I consider that to be very poor service. I had to buy another card as I needed it. so you should refund me my expense on the waiting time alone

Oct 31,2024They're saying that they have problems with my payment provider which is my bank. My bank told me that the payment went trough already. I can only hope that they will send me the code and ain't scamming me. Better use other sites, the prices may seem good but its just too much of a hassle to do all that.

Oct 27,2024First time attempting to use this site, would not accept my card on multiple attempts, ended up using neosurf for the first time. Ordered the new Sonic Generations game for Steam. Code was invalid. Looked like a PSN code so I tried it on there and the code was for a Sonic SKIN on the PS5. Contacted support and had to send lots of screenshots to confirm the code was invalid. Now to await a refund to Neosurf and probably incur more fees to withdraw my money back to my bank account. Will not be using this site again.

Oct 25,2024Competitive prices and simple ordering process, up until... 1) They charge an additional processing fee, so that you end up paying the same as or more than you would on other sites which have no hidden fees. 2) You can't use PayPal to pay for your order, so you'll have to share your credit card details. 3) Your credit card payment is declined several times (5 in my case) before the order finally goes through. 4) You receive a new email every time you try to pay, stating that you need to verify your email address, but payment is still declined without any obvious reason. So, in short: I ordered from Livecards because their prices seemed competitive and the ordering process smooth. They are not very competitive, and the ordering process is the exact opposite of smooth. That's an hour of my life I'll never get back.

Oct 18,2024livecards sent me 4 codes for my sons Christmas present, only one worked, even though I have shown all the screens shots as requested by them to show my son didn’t use them. Utter poor service, these codes were either invalid or re issued or resold. Constantly bounced from one support team member to the next. I wouldn’t use them or trust them.
