Oct 17,2024I tried to build my Cv using LiveCareerUk website. Once completed, I tried to proceed with the payment but they didn't accept it. At the beginning the customer service lead me to find out what was wrong. I followed all the instructions: checking the card with my bank, cleaning the cache, the browser, refreshing the page etc but nothing was working. So they promised me to keep me in contact with a manager within 24/48 hours. I have been waiting 9 days and still no reply from them asking me to wait and wait. I warned them about a bad feedback but then nothing happened. So I gave up and hear it is my experience! Do not waste your time

Oct 17,2024DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! After purchasing the 14 day access to build a CV for a friend (I would not be using this), I was automatically rolled on to a monthly subscription…. No warning what so ever!! They illegally kept my card details to further take out money from my account and when contacting them the day of the first amount coming out of the rolling subscription that I did not sign up for, they refused to refund even though the month was on its first day! Even though I have no use for this and it was only initially purchased on my card as a favour! After emailing back and forth, they have said they will refund me half the amount of the £20 monthly subscription!! Disgraceful!! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE!! Absolute bad business ways and disgraceful customer service!!

Oct 17,2024FRAUD ALERT! I hope this fraudulent company goes bust as soon as possible. They are literal scammers! I’m now paying £16 every month for absolutely nothing, and I have no idea where they got my details from. I tried calling them to find out what’s going on and to cancel any debits, but they claim they don’t have my name or any of my details in their system – yet they still manage to charge me! What is going on?

Oct 16,2024When I originally used your company for a C.V, it was on the under standing I as paying a one off fee. Since then they have charged me a total of £119.10 over the past few months for a subscription I have never used even the monthly charge dates are different. I have had no correspondence regarding opening an ongoing account. Beware anybody using this company check the small print and they will not refund you, do not belive the responses on the negative reviews. Still waiting for my refund 09/11/2024. 518018963 Carolyn

Oct 16,2024Used this service to create a CV. Forgot to unsubscribe they proceeded to charge me for the next 2 years. When I notice & cancel subscription I am told they will only refund me 1 months of subscription. I asked is this all you can do to which the guy on the phone hesitated then said I will escalate this so that you can get a further refund. Heard nothing back from them and upon chasing them they replied with an email saying "Maximum amount of refund reached." After checking trust pilot reviews I see that I am not the only one when that fell victim to their scam they have been operating dubious practices since 2016!!! how they are still on trustpilot is quite outstanding!!!! Can I not trust trustpilot anymore?
