Oct 29,2024Jag köpte en engångsmall som skulle kosta en mindre summa som jag fann ok (tror det var 29 kr) men har blivit debiterad 249 kr vid två tillfällen!! Värsta lurendrjeriet då det inte framkom på LiveCareers website att man signade något abonnemang - dessutom för vad?? Har reklamerat detta och hoppas att företaget rättar till det för i annat fall kommer jag att gå vidare med en polisanmälan då detta inte är något annat än rent bedrägeri!!

Oct 28,2024Shambolic customer service. I used this service to write a CV which I paid for the download. The company then proceeded to put me on a subscription for £19 a month which I was unaware of. After 2 months I realised this and requested my money back as I was not aware of it and hadn’t used it. Refund refused, customer service was just auto generated answers and persons on the phone can not authorise so pointless. Do not use!

Oct 27,2024Unauthorized Subscription Payments BEWARE of using this Company for a one off CV. during free trial! I cancelled the free trial well within the time limit stated and took them at their word that they had cancelled and no further subscription payments would be taken. How trusting was I! It has only come to my attention recently that they DID NOT cancel, but continued to take subscription payments for the last 3 years. Despite me having written proof, they refuse to refund the full amount taken from my bank account despite them not having authorisation.

Oct 30,2024Great tool to put together a CV, especially if you're an older job hunter with little CV writing experience. HOWEVER, it came up as FREE template tool but when I came to get my CV I had to subscribe, which was very frustrating to be told this at the end of the process!
