Really simple to use. Super helpful adding in skills etc. Found it very easy to import existing CV and then choose a template and edit it to improve it.

I used their service to create CV, paid £1.95. Firstly, their service has so many glitches, it wouldn’t let me fill the dates properly eg I wanted to enter 2007-2013 and it would appear as 2013-2013. Tried fixing it multiple times but the bug never got fixed. Then comes the actual scam of taking money from your account. There was no mention of automatic subscription and I was charged £19.85 after a month even though I cancelled the automatic subscription. Spoke to the live chat except and was told nothing can be done and half refund was offered. This is totally fraud, why would they charge me even a penny if I already cancelled the forcefully imposed subscription? So frustrating, I would advise everyone to completely avoid this website. Came here to write this review and read so many similar reviews. Now they are going to reply to this review with the same generic non sense instead of returning my hard earned money!

It was an easy site to follow and with myself not being very good with computers and forms etc, i found this easy to follow Only downside is, it was advertised as free I had to pay for my CV

Do not use - My daughter made a CV paid with her card and yesterday was charged £19.95 disgusting - she is a 16 year old looking to get her first job - now gone into her over draft. No where does it say she will be charged £19.95 a month!!!! she paid what she thought was the 1 off fee to build her CV. Wont be recommending, DO NOT USE

Good services but way too expensive. 19,85£ per month!! When i contacted customer service that its too expensive i couldnt afford it monthly and requested a refund of the last payment since i wasnt gonna use it. The customer service just didnt bother and went ahead to cancel my membership. I reactivated again after some months, to update my CV, went to cancel the subscription online and it offered me to stay for 3£! per month! I wonder why customer service didn’t offer this when I explicitly said I cant afford do pay 19,85£ per month!!

I was looking for a cv builder online. I used this site. It produced a nice cv but I could have done the same myself. they gave me an option to pay for the cv or have a subscription. I paid for the CV (£1.95) 14 days later my account was debited for their premium service. I had not received any email to tell me that I was subscribed. They took my card details for the £1.95 so this was what they must have used to set up the subscription. The subscription was for £19.85 per month. That is 3 times as much as my netflix! I've asked for a refund, but we'll see... Update, they refunded within 4 days. It was a useful service and produced a good CV, but the sudden unexpected subscription left me feeling like a scam. In the end we got what we needed and it was easy to use.

Very simple procedure and method to create a CV. Many different templates to select and so many options to add pre-made statements to the CV. A positive experience.

Honestamente, os modelos são ótimaos, embora haja modelo que não permitam colocar fotografia, creio que deveria ter essa opção em todos os modelos . Mas estou satisfeita com o site, apesar dum pequeno erro de minha parte, liguei e meu problema foi solucionado, então estou agradecida.
