This is a money making scam. I created a CV for my 16 year old daughter to get a summer job which I initially thought was free. I paid what I thought was a one off fee of £1.95 for access to the file. I have just discovered I have since been charged £19.85 every 4 weeks since then - so a one page CV has cost me over £60! I spoke to someone in customer service and said this wasn't made clear and have been given a £9 refund! This should be made a lot clearer instead of in small print after you have created the CV.

I appreciate the service overall, but I faced an issue during the CV creation process. After filling in my details in the first step, I was directed to the payment window. However, once the payment was successful, the final changes I made to my CV were not reflected. I had to go back and manually refill the missing information, which was a bit inconvenient. It would be great if the system could save the latest changes before moving to the payment step to avoid this issue in the future.

Here's the translation: "Beware, these are scammers! I purchased access to a CV that I created myself. Unfortunately, I was met with a hidden subscription that I did not agree to, and I only found out about it after they withdrew money from my account. I don't understand how anyone can treat customers like this. You buy a product, pay for it, and then they still take more from you... It's a huge scam!!!! Stay away!!!"

Never use this company. I used there 14 day trial for £2. After the trial is up, I chose to not contribute. The company continued to charge me £16.95 for almost a year. Nathan at customer service was very patronising and claims to be helpful when he was not. Do not use this.
