We are a family run business trading since 1989 first under the Name Chiltern Reptiles and then became an incorporated company in 2003 when we changed our name to Livefood UK Ltd. Because we are a small close knit company with just 10 employees we are able to really concentrate on customer care which has been the driving force behind our continued growth despite the harsh economic climate.

Jun 17,2013Ordered for the first time, crickets came and they were tiny, I ordered small not just hatched, also most were dead, the others quickly died also. Managed to do only 2 feeds before I had to buy more. Wont be back.

Jun 17,2013I have purchased several times from livefood now, the speed of delivery is excellent and the quality of the locusts is also excellent. Upon arrival locusts have always been fit and healthy and my beardie loves them. I made a mistake on one order and contacted customer services who were polite and helpful and sorted the matter out with no problems whatsoever. You will not go wrong if you use livefood.

Jun 16,2013Great communication and fantastic delivery ordered a half bulk bag of size 2 crickets the sizes were quite varied so couldn't use a lot of them but they corrected it by sending another bag free of charge the same day I emailed. So I would definitely recommend them as a business! Fantastic customer service.
