We are a family run business trading since 1989 first under the Name Chiltern Reptiles and then became an incorporated company in 2003 when we changed our name to Livefood UK Ltd. Because we are a small close knit company with just 10 employees we are able to really concentrate on customer care which has been the driving force behind our continued growth despite the harsh economic climate.

Apr 30,2013Ordered two boxes of standard sized mealworms as I'm getting tired of popping to the pet shop in the town centre whenever my pygmy hedgehog needs more live foods. There were a lot of companies that came up on google, and I just went with the first one that looked good to me. The mealworms came quickly, there's lots of them in there, they're all in good condition, the hedgehog loves them and I haven't had to drive into town and pay for parking! Only thing I would say is that the mealworms didn't come in any kind of bran or food, so I had to stick a bit in myself, but for the price I paid for them, that's fine. Will use again.

Apr 30,2013every time we purchase livefood from livefood.co.uk we are over the moon at the quality. We have made purchases from other companies and have always been disappointed with the quality and even the size differences. The only disappointing thing is they do not sell morio worms anymore, but that is a minor thing. We have bought from livefoods from day one and will continue to do so for as long as the prices are as good as they are. The items such as sand and bedding to bulbs and bulb fixtures are by far the best quality, Livefoods are quick to rectify any problem and I am still amazed at how fast the delivery is. I always order before 12noonish and they deliver it the next day. 100% satisfied and I would give a million stars if it was an option :-) Thank you Livefood.co.uk for keeping my dragons fit and healthy x

Prompt delivery every time, and 99% of the time there are no problems and as for the 1% that do have problems, livefood uk are quick to fix it! They have eaxcellent communication and if the order arrives not to standard, they have been extremely helpful in fixing whatever problems there have been from replacing dead food to replacing faulty bulbs! Infact i have never been let down and would recommend them to anyone. Keep it up guys!
