Aug 05,2021Lead times on out of stock items are completely misleading to the point of just being outright lies. Order numerous glassware on 1-2 week lead time, 2 months later still not available but still listed as 1-2 week lead time on website. Happens endlessly.

Jun 16,2021My order was immediately on back order despite no indication this would be the case at the time I placed it. I therefore got what I ordered later than indicated. I got an incorrect item. I called to ask for it to be replaced. I sent the photos as requested. Hear nothing for several days. Find out the individual has quit. I send it all to someone else. Hear nothing for a week. Call in. Am assured they will look at my query first thing after lunch. Hear nothing for 3 days. Email again. No response. A right pain. One of the items also had minor cosmertic damage.
