Jan 11,2021È la prima recensione che faccio ma per questo negozio ne vale la pena. Servizio ottimo, spedizione velocissima in Italia ma soprattutto prodotti ORIGINALI a prezzi davvero bassi. Ho ordinato uno zaino Fjallraven dopo aver visto in rete, su tantissimi siti, migliaia di imitazioni. Questo invece, ordinato da Londonstore.it, è appunto originale. Infine servizio clienti rapidissimo via mail.

Dec 30,2020Effettuato primo ordine in data 24/12/2020. Causa disguido tecnico l’ordine non risultava registrato. Contattato servizio clienti e hanno risolto il problema all’istante, nonostante sotto periodo festivo. Davvero top. Disponibili, cordiali e super efficienti. Davvero strabiliante. Ordine ricevuto oggi, 30/12/2020. Pacco in ottime condizioni e prodotto perfetto. Super soddisfatta. Acquisterò nuovamente da questo negozio. Ottimi prezzi e servizio impeccabile.

Dec 29,2020Sito in se fatto abbastanza bene, ha dei prezzi molto competitivi, io ho comprato un paio di scarpe e ho risparmiato 55 euro rispetto alla media di prezzo a cui questa scarpa è venduta. Fatto l'acquisto, c'era scritto spedizione in 2/3 giorni e mi sono arrivate le scarpe in un giorno solo quindi direi molto bene. Scarpe ovviamente originali.

When contacting London store via email they were extremely quick in replying back, explaining the reasoning as to why there was a delay and helping me track the order. The customer service team was very helpful and pleasant. Very pleased with my purchase, thank you!

Dec 19,2020I ordered a pair of boots on 28th November and expected them to be delivered within 5 working days, but when I didn't receive my parcel 10 working days later I contacted London store via email to chase up. They were extremely polite, and explained that there was a backlog due to covid/issues at the ports, and assured me that my boots were on their way. I was dubious, so emailed again and Luca replied to me. He gave me 3 options, which were.... Wait for the boots, and if I was happy with them he would give me 10% discount due to the time id waited. Or, I could choose another item from the website and he would arrange for special 2 day delivery. Or, just wait for the boots to arrive and return them for a full refund. I decided to wait for the boots. They arrived yesterday and are perfect! I contacted Luca today and he's already refunded my PayPal account. Amazing customer service, and excellent products. Would highly recommend London store.

I contacted Customer Services to enquire and they replied almost immediately to reassure me everything was in hand and explained the delay. The item has arrived today exactly as advertised and Customer Services followed up my original contact to check the item had arrived. Great company, very professional, would definitely recommend. Thank you

Dec 16,2020Parcel delayed in the uk due to couriers problems. London store responded quickly and shipped another parcel via air freight express delivery at no extra cost so that i would have in time for Christmas. Fast response to emails and excellent communication.

Thats unheard off . I cant stress how happy I was with the help they provided. I wish all company's where as good as this. Thanks again
