We were assisted by Liam who responded quickly. The price, itinerary, information, everything has been excellent. We wanted to make a slight change to the dates which was no problem. We have all the help available that we could Possibly need. Really impressed and super excited for our trip!

Feb 23,2024Good customer service once booked, but then the service fell off a bit again. We did not get any feedback when we asked for suggestions for the visit. But they did get back promptly for documentation questions etc and they did alert us to price rises etc before we booked. Seems like they get good value on their packages. They sorted our VISA out as well. *THOUGHTS AFTER THE TRIP- The information regarding the actual Cuba experience needs to be clearer and be careful when booking trips through the representatives in Cuba. Not enough detailed information provided a bout the inventory etc. Not the reps fault who are all very helpful and nice

She was extremely knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted rather than trying to encourage us to accept a standard package deal. She identified a great holiday plan within our budget and was able to advise about options. Shyama came across as open and honest about the pros and cons of different aspects of a Cuba holiday. The booking information all then arrived quickly by email with plenty of additional useful information. We feel we can contact Shyma and Love Cuba at any time if we have any queries.
