Oct 06,2023Tony Gajic was extremely helpful and professional. His extensive knowledge of the hotels and resorts available and his grasp of what we needed made a huge difference. Made us feel confident that we got the holiday we wanted. Lack of availability at the hotel that was first proposed to us was a slight disappointment, but Tony came back immediately with a great replacement resort, albeit slightly more expensive and with a more complicated arrival arrangement. Still, our overall feeling is that we could not have found a better agent to help us source this holiday. Highly recommended.

I was having difficulty pulling together a multi-centre trip myself but, having shared an outline with Liam, very soon received a suggested itinerary which covered everything The follow up service, with detailed info, answers to queries and especially some personal recommendations, has been excellent and it's reassuring that there will be local reps on hand once back on the beautiful island

He offered to send an email detailing everything we discussed and this was received within a couple of hours. I discussed with my partner and booked the holiday. Honestly, Liam couldn't have been more helpful and nothing has been too much trouble for him, great service.
