Sep 10,2023I booked a break in Havana with Shyama and she was most helpful and informative. To save money I decided on a flight via Canada but after a few sleepless nights I asked Shyama if it would be possible to change flights. It was not a problem, took minutes, I'm now paying more but have peace of mind. I am 79 and going on holiday with my brother 75 for the first time. We usually only see each other once a year, living 200 miles apart - should be interesting!! hopefully a lot of fun too!

From an initial enquiry via email, a chat with Charmaine who suggested something slightly different, firmed up all the flight timings, emailed them over. I then had a day looking at the hotels and booked. I honestly wouldn't bother looking anywhere else, these guys just sort everything and give you all the detailed knowledge you could only hope for from a travel company.
