Where do I start! I stumbled across Love Cuba on Google and wow. Charmaine was so helpful and patient with my requests of what I was looking for in my trip going through the many different hotel options and finally we found the right one. I stayed a hotel Ingleterra which I cannot fault, great room, great view, great service, rooftop bar, entertainment all day long and very help staff! Dennis was very helpful with money exchange and advice as well as restaurant recommendations. The tour with Maria became a longer tour and she took us for lunch she was fabulous, well informed and smiley. I initially went to Melia Varadero but moved over to Melia Paradius Princessa Del Mar which I am glad I did as I ended up bonding with the other solo travellers and couple so much so we became this group that spent the holiday together. Diana was great in arranging all of this for me, the move and the transport, she was so lovely and helped us all book the same trips, arranging links for us to pay via card. So accommodating. For solo travellers I would definitely say look to put them together if they request that option when posing that question. It made my holiday. Princessa Del Mar was a dream, surroundings, location, staff, entertainment, rooms and comfort. Honestly, my favourite tripe ever and I certainly want to book again and visit Havana and Varadero again with maybe a tour around Matanzas too!

We love Cuba and Love Cuba! It was my third trip to Cuba and first as a family - to celebrate our 40 & 45th birthdays! Having been to Cuba before, I knew exactly what I wanted and Tony was fantastic and patient with questions and offering lots of suggestions. Enough to say, the holiday was PERFECT! I am already looking to book with Love Cuba again! For best-tailored to your needs holidays, always go to Love Cuba. 5 Stars! Nothing less!

Incredibly knowledgeable staff; polite, helpful and hugely informative. A great choice of types of holiday all of which can be tailored to suit individual needs. Possibly not the cheapest; but almost certainly the best tour operator in respect of Cuba.

What a fantastic company, the staff of Love Cubaare very help full, and everything was well arranged from the beginning till the end. What an amazing company. From first contact to the holiday, everything was perfectly taken care of. Shyama was amazing at booking giving me so much concise information. The documents were delivered promptly by courier and everything had been considered. The hotel Inglaterra in Havana was beyond amazing in a prime location. Dennis our rep in Havana was a total star taking care of everything, even bringing the group of Love Cuba travelers together and helping us bond as a group. This really helped make the holiday, especially as I am a solo traveler. The trips went above and beyond, Maria our city tours guide extended our 1/2 day city tour to a full day with lunch. The transfers were brilliant and once in Varadero, again the same high level of hotel (Melia Las Antillas) and staff help as in Havana. I can not recommend this company enough to anyone who wants to experience Cuba. Thank you. 5 stars are not enough.

Booked a holiday to Cuba for next Easter through LoveCuba. Couldn't find anything suitable through other travel agents, only offered indirect flights from Manchester, hotels that had really awful reviews/massive modern hotels out of Havana centre etc slightly given up on going, then Liam came to our rescue! Really happy with the hotels he found for us, great reviews, great price Lots of good tips & advice, sorted visas too. Really looking forward to our holiday ! 😊
