Excellent booking service. We'd previously tried TUI and a local travel agent but they couldn't arrange what we wanted AND the prices were silly. However, Shyama at Love Cuba gave really good advice about hotels & casas which are highly rated by them and Tripadvisor AND are on budget. Really looking forward to the holiday in February. Thanks Shyama.

Saw the Enchanting Cuba Tour advertised by this company and on discussing the details with Tony and his suggestion for some slight changes in dates and accommodation my wife and I feel we have a special holiday to look forward to next April.

Super quick response to my enquiry, Liam was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding our hotel choices. As soon as I had decided everything was processed quickly and in a pleasant manner. The emails were full of information and recommendations regarding visiting Cuba and the names and numbers of the Reps over in Cuba .A really positive experience and Liam was very responsive and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Very well organised and helpful from Reps here in the UK to everyone we met in Cuba. Probably haven't done an organised package in 15 years and was very surprised how well it went. It all happened just as it said it would on the itinerary. Sure Havana is a bit desperate and the food situation is not great but these are very worthwhile experiences and they absolutely need tourism.

Liam Craig provided an outstanding service and should be recognised for that. I submitted your online form for a quote on a Tuesday, by Wednesday I had booked my holiday. Liam asked a couple of questions to enable him to create a customised holiday for us, I'm thrilled. Less work for me researching, I feel reassured we have chosen the right hotels and the right company. I am currently on holiday with a 6 hour time difference, Liam was very accommodating when I was ready to book......I didn't want to email my credit card details. So I proposed a time I could call and he ensured he was available to speak to me to finalise. I can't say enough good things about Liam. Good solid advice. Have just booked a package holiday with love Cuba . Liam is a fountain of knowledge and really enthusiastic he made me feel like I was already there.
