Very easy to contact travel advisor. My advisor, Liam, was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. He even gave us alternative hotels to choose from once he ascertained the kind of holiday we wanted.

I sent an email via Love Cuba website enquiring about a trip they had advertised. I was contacted by Tony who was able to give me all the information I requested, he changed the departure date to enable us to fly from our preferred airport, it added days to the holiday but this was an added bonus. Tony sent everything over to me via email so as I could look over with my husband. ( No pressure to book) I replied I would like to book, Tony rang me, we arranged a time for later that day to make the booking. The whole process was made very easy by Tony. He also explained everything to me, and gave reassurance if I need to contact him just to email. Tony is knowledgeable on Cuba and was able to give me hints and tips. We can't wait to go and explore Cuba.

Let's start with Liam, the first person I spoke to from Love Cuba and the man who helped me decide which holiday to choose.... He was very knowledgeable, helpful, informative; never pushy and always responsive. On top of all that, he was full of additional hints and tips. Excellent!!!!! Jenny in admin also very responsive and helpful. In Cuba there was Adrian in Havana who was great; lots of advice and told me about some fabulous (not expensive) places to eat ( Try Cha Cha CHa!!). In Varadero there was the amazing Diane. I had some issues with my hotel and she was total star. She came to see me, organised a move, came to see me in new place to make sure it was ok and again, sooo responsive. It's horrid when you are desperate for help and answers and no-one gets back to you so it was a joy to have the whole team be so fabulous!! Thank you Love Cuba

After booking with another site initially, being let down and then not receiving a refund Love Cuba took away my dispointment of a very informative, painless process to book my trip. Unfortunately they could not refund me for the rogue organisations behaviour, many thanks Love Cuba.
