Feb 04,2025Tony is excellent. He was very patient and knowledgeable about Cuba. It helps that he has been and was able to tailor the holiday to our preference. What we like about Tony is that he was never pushy in getting a sale. He actually in his own back found us the most cost affective business class seats and hotel preferences. I would definitely use Love Cuba again

Feb 02,2025I cannot fault them. Their service was certainly over and above expected. When booking, nothing was too much trouble, even finding out details like types of showers in different rooms in different hotels. No matter how much I called I was always met with a ‘smiling’ voice and my queries were always dealt with quickly and efficiently. Their advice was invaluable! While on holiday, it was the little touches that mattered, like being met off the plane and helped through the formalities. When a local trip had to be cancelled we got a full refund, although another couple we met who had booked elsewhere, only got half back. We had a lovely holiday….thank you, Love Cuba!
