I emailed their sales team and they were happy to arrange a delivery date and time for the exact date while she was at work. The surprise worked out perfectly! Feb 16,2021We at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals Trust were so thrilled with the large donation of bottled water we received! This has gone out to all our staff working on the COVID wards at the moment and to our portering staff too. Everyone has been so thrilled and grateful to receive it and it has been much needed as breaks are few and far between at the moment. Thank you all so so much and thank you for your amazing service as well. An especially big thank you to Nick who has been so kind and patient and delivered these to us without any issues at all, despite us mixing up our timings and being unable to meet him there! Oct 06,2020Unlike all the other reviewers I just glanced over, I have not been a customer for decades. We have only just signed up with our company a few months ago. All I can say is that the salesperson who dealt with us (Angel) is very nice, the guy who delivered the water also, the water tastes good and my staff like it. Everybody is happy with it. And it beats lugging bottles from Sainsbury's any day. :) From our kettle, I can tell that it has more minerals than the water we had before (which came from a home filter). Overall a pleasant and workable solution for us that I can recommend if you want convenient water at the office. Update: After using the service for almost four years now, we are still happy. Still good service. Latest contact: Julie from Customer Service. Fast, efficient, friendly. What more can you ask for?
