The shape and the material of product were just what I was hoping for. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a functional, fun, tag for your animal. I have used tags on the stainless steel chains offered for my emergency medical information, and also for my service dog. The quality of imprint is excellent, and the tags are durable, nice-looking, and comfortable for both of us! Fulfillment of orders was very quick, and never an error in production. There are many styles to choose from: the stainless steel oblong "dog tags" (military style) allow for a lot of information, so were my choice. I will continue to order from this company for quality of product, excellent service, and good value,
