Dec 17,2018Did receive the tag promptly but poor quality regarding engraving - poorly done, not deep enough to read some letters and numbers half done so unreadable and will not last long at all. Sample made you believe the words would stand out on black background but could not be further from the truth. Need magnifying glass to see what is there. Family is full of dog owners and will not recommend this site.
