Dec 08,2018I bought a colored name tag for my EXTREMELY active dog. Within a matter of months the tag was so scratched and faded I could hardly read it. The company was great to work with to provide solutions and alternative tag options for my active dog. I have since been provided with a new tag that is holding up well. Love Your Pets was super helpful and very prompt to provide solutions to the original dog tag. They have great customer service.
