Oct 24,2018Very affordable and beautiful job. I did think I was getting a paw shaped tag though. I got a tag that fit all the things I needed it to say and you can read it. The writing doesn't look too small so maybe that's why it was changed. Tyvm.

Oct 24,2018I order a pet tag in May of '18 and when I received the tag it had the wrong telephone number on the tag. I e-mailed informing you of the mistake but, there was no response from your company about the mistake. William

Oct 24,2018I love these dog tags so much when our puppy ripped hers off I ordered another one. When she did it again I emailed the company and the owner reached out directly and apologized and replaced my tag with the proper hook so our puppy won’t rip her tag off again. Excellent customer service after a mishap. So Refreshing!
